Totem is the estate’s creative wine, deliberately designed outside the appellation to freely express the terroir’s style. Cabernets compete here for excellence to produce a wine as powerful as it is silky. From the fruit to the tannins, everything here is intense and refined.

Sulfite-free winemaking.
Aged up to 24 months.
Eggonum and 300 liters barrels.
Red meat, oven-roasted root vegetables, cheese but also chocolate.
At its best in 10 to 15 years.
